hey all, following up from the call since a few people asked again about the pricing change. so basically starting oct 1 we're moving from per-seat to per-workspace, the reason is that customers with lots of viewers were getting charged for people who never edit anything, which is why churn on the 20+ seat accounts was 3x the rest. under the new model a workspace is $240/mo flat up to 25 members and then $6 per additional member, existing customers keep their current price until their renewal date, and anyone on annual keeps it until the end of their term. for the sales team this means quotes over 25 seats need the new calculator (linked in the doc) and the old one stops working friday. support: the migration email goes out on the 15th, and the FAQ is in the shared drive. if you're on a customer call this week and they ask, the line is that most customers will pay the same or less, only 4 accounts go up and we've already talked to them. let me know if this still isn't clear and I can hop on another call
